Well, our February assignment in Lilla Roger’s Bootcamp was to take all our cuckoo clock creations and create an iPhone case. I drew and drew some more and even painted a bit…of course keeping the Parisian slant, because that’s what I love! (Even though I’ve never been to Paris)
This painting was something I did just for me, in my art journal. I really loved it, but the point of me taking this class was that I wanted to push my drawing and vectorizing skills a bit.
So, I continued drawing…..and drawing…
This time I used my calligraphy pen and loved what came out. I have never really drawn with one, it was so much fun!
I even drew a whole bunch of flowers with my Uni Pens. They turned out so cute and will be for sale in my shoppe at Jessica Sprague on Friday and will be featured in some papers next week.
This is the final iPhone case I came up with based on my calligraphy art and painted backgrounds…
And this was my final submission to the Lilla Roger’s BootCamp Gallery. I tried to show some repeats and a bit more of the final artwork. This will be going into my portfolio.
If you want a real treat, stop over there and take a look at all the beautiful submissions. So much creativity!
